Rawlence and Browne Staff Race Day Out
Rawlence & Browne’s Summer Staff Outing was held on Thursday 11th August 2011 and involved a trip to Salisbury Racecourse.
An afternoon was spent in the Conservatory with a lunchtime meal followed by afternoon tea. It also included the consumption of alcoholic beverages and gambling on potential winners or losers!
Drinking and gambling are obviously vices that the staff of Rawlence & Browne are not used too however we all did our best to rally to the occasion!!
Lady luck bestowed the majority of us with some winning bets however there were a couple of losers amongst us who picked donkeys instead of thoroughbreds and who shall, of course, remain nameless!
